The main purpose of this paper is the opinion of university students based on their preference of bank, time consumption, user-friendly service system, service quality, transaction service charge, the security of transactions and fraudulent activities. Both primary and secondary data have been used in this study. A survey has been conducted with 220 respondents, with a majority of male students where most of the respondents said that M-banking companies should provide more options. &nbsp;The majority of the respondents also believe that the company provides adequate security about the transaction process, although many students said that they have faced fraud activities with service. <em>Bkash</em> plays a major role in the market because the maximum number of students used <em>Bkash</em>, followed by <em>Rocket</em>, <em>Nagad</em>, etc. Their major concerns about the service revolve around the charges they have to pay and security issues. The goal of the report is to depict the predominant effect of reward and recognition on overall productivity, performance, and motivation. The data gathered for the research was through an exploratory research design wherein the survey questionnaire was distributed to a population of 30 respondents through a stratified sampling technique. The study finds regardless of having enormous potentiality, the application of the fourth industrial revolution is far lagging for some challenges i.e. lack awareness, insufficient capital, lack of infrastructure, lack of skilled human capital, and some socio-economic challenges. It is mainly responsible for managing human resources work, and these work conditions are good. Green human resource management procedures are fundamentally used to reduce the carbon impression of each worker and the information capital of the holding association. It also plays role in convincing workers to look after resources, and participate in waste management to control pollution. It is recommended that companies should be more aware of each of the capabilities that make human resources management green. The development needs of combining ecological manageability with human resource management. Organizations now recognize that while focusing on money-related benefits, they should think about the social and ecological effects to ensure their manageability.
